Your physiotherapist will discuss the information with you and will limit this release if you require. If you ask us to withhold certain information, this may have an impact on your insurance claim. We will only release additional information to other parties, including insurance companies, if you provide permission for the information to be released.
Physiocare 2 U collects your personal information primarily to provide our physiotherapy and related healthcare services to you.
Security of Personal Information
Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
When your personal information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.
